Massey - Artist
Wendy Massey creates a range of original canvas paintings
and hand-painted gifts in her garden studio on Cheshire.
Her paintings on canvas are designed especially for you to celebrate the special
people and special occasions in your life. They can be personalised with names,
dates and messages. There's also a range of bright, cheerful paintings for
children's rooms, which can all also be personalised. If you are stuck for
something different to give to someone special, you'll find something here!
Wendy specialises in canvases for children's walls, and if you can't see
something you like, she's more than happy to create one especially for you. The
6" canvases featuring a letter on each canvas are especially popular for
spelling out a child's name across the wall and can be made in many different
designs and colour combinations. The stork painting is also a bit of a
bestseller, and makes a fabulous special gift for Christenings and newborns.
Wendy's background includes teaching, designing craft projects for national
magazines and books, mural and furniture painting and designing/making applique
childrenswear. She has sketched, painted and designed textile goods for as long
as she can remember - certainly since early childhood, and has been selling art
and craftwork in various formats for well over two decades.
Wendy now works full time on her art and design work, fitting in some part-time
