Life & Career Coach - In The Flow Coaching

Professionally I come from a human resources background and have worked in both the public and private sector.  I have a CIPD qualification, which compliments the coach training I have undertaken with CoachU.  I came to coaching having experienced the benefits myself over 10 years ago. 

Back then my life was very different, I hated my job and each working day I would sit on the edge of my bed, wondering if I could call in and fake an illness (imagine that, wishing yourself to be unwell!).  It took all my energy to get myself to work and actually be present and carry out my job effectively.  Life at home wasn’t much better.  Looking back, I realised that the real Maria had just faded away. 

 So what changed?  One day I read about Life Coaching and decided that I really had nothing to lose.  So I found myself a coach and started out on a journey.  At the time I didn’t know what to expect and there were times when it just felt too difficult but my coach was always there to support me and help me work it out (my way).  Then, as odd as this may sound, one morning I looked in the mirror and looking right back at me was Maria …the real one, the woman who loved travelling, laughing, learning and experiencing the world from different angles.  It was so wonderful to have her back.

I am glad to say that my life now is very different.  Today I am passionate about my life and my profession.

As a trained coach, I bring over 15 years of professional and personal tools, techniques and experience to assist my clients in realising their potential and ultimately supporting them to live the abundant life they are truly meant to live!

 Remember: We can’t control what life throws at us, but we can control how we deal with it.  Working with your own coach leads to a life of greater possibility, purpose and prosperity.
